Growing!
This plant took off! I’m very happy with my rhubarb plant. It’s healthy and growing. I purchased several others from a local large chain store and they didn’t make it sadly.

Only one out of three sprouted!
Bought this 5 weeks ago. Three crowns in the pack, only one sprouted and then found out that customer service lasted only four weeks. For the price of this that sucks!

Fast growing and beautiful!!!
Came as a root in a box . It looked a little sad but quickly took off after planting ! Did not take long to flourish !! Beautiful!

Arrived dead
arrived dead...i mean really DOA. the root crown showed zero life, tried to plant for a few weeks and did not revive.

Rhubarb is growing.
Arrived in wood chips and easy instructions on planting. I Live in north central Florida so not sure if it will make it but currently my 1 rhubarb bulb has 3 stocks coming up. Keeping my fingers crossed it will produce and come back next year.

Dehydrated, shattered root system
I expected a ryzome from the current year (2024). This ryzome is mummified and not viable. It was dry as a zigzag paper. For the extreme delicate nature of this corpse, it should have come wrapped in a coffin rather than bubble wrapped like a romance novel from 1979. I am very disappointed. I expected the same quality as pictured in the advertisement a plump bootylicious bulb that had a minute amount of moisture but there is no hope for this pile of twigs other than kinling. It would make excellent to fire starter.

Rhubarb is easy to grow
Loved the instructions that came with the plant, they were a big help in getting a great start! I planted the root in a large pot as my garden wasn’t ready for setting out perennials quite yet. This fall I will be starting additional starts in a plot of their own! GramaJoyful
