This hernia belt is for more than just hernias. It works much better, and is far more comfortable, than the expensive back brace I was given after lumbar fusion surgery. It is very low profile and can be worn unseen under most clothing. If you will be using this for a hernia, it comes with an easily attachable pressure piece. I can’t stand tight clothes, yet this belt is so comfortable I forget I’m wearing it! It also doesn’t make me sweat. That’s a big deal for me since I live in the high desert with triple digit temps in the summer. I have now worn this belt daily for the past several weeks for at least 12 hours per day, and we have already seen triple digit temps. My only complaint is that I am starting to see a slight “curl” on the edge right under my breasts when seated (due to my breasts and bra), but it is not affecting performance. There has been no discernible stretching of the band. I was initially concerned with the size of the belt, since I’m on the smaller end of the listed waist sizes, but it fits just fine. HOWEVER, if you are petite, this may not work, so pay close attention to the posted sizing. The Velcro on this is wicked STRONG! It takes serious effort to take this off! I would definitely recommend this.

As a lifelong lifter I’ve encountered multiple different hernias. Some surgically repaired and some not. This brace is simply unbelievably reliable and effective! I put it through rigorous work outs and it maintains its support throughout sessions without slippage or noticeable belt movement. Most importantly my abdomen is completely pain free after. It’s not just the belt but the half tennis ball padding that keeps the hernia stabilized. A must purchase for any workout warriors with a painful and persistent hernia or avoiding one in the future.

Just started using it. Feels comfortable. Holds Velcro in as expected. Super strong Velcro. Almost too strong. Has helped my back pain problems.

I bought this belt for a different purpose than what it’s intended for. I had a very painful oblique strain and used the belt and one of the included pads as a compression belt. I could adjust the tension to the desired tightness and it worked beautifully. If you have any abdominal issues or stained muscles, I highly recommend this belt along with Ice and Heat treatments to recover. I also used Acetaminophen 500 mg (often called Extra Strength) to help with pain relief. Great belt that is well designed, stays in place adjustable to fit, and isn’t too thick. The belt didn’t irritate my skin when I didn’t put it over my shirt and it’s well worth the price which I think is very reasonable!

Good item at a fair price. I liked the size (width), material, and ease of use (velcro works great). It's functional and durable but sometimes I do get wrinkles in it (going the long direction) especially when I wear it at night. Overall pleased with the product and would recommend.

Med to low quality product. Fits well, kind of works, needs to be vertically larger and go up abdomen more 4-5”.

Excellent fit and does not fold over or slip... Breathable and does not make me sweat maintains dry...Soft, elastic and very comfortable. This belt does the job !! Doctors recommend this belt if you can’t get ur hernia removed right away! Yes it’s uncomfortable in the beginning but you must wear it to get use to the protection and once you do then you’ll receive Daily relief!! The pressure point is very durable and allows you mobility and support! The Velcro quality is very durable ! This nest is also easy to keep clean I do reccommend washing it in cold water this stops the elastic from stretching giving you the same accurate support! For anyone experiencing pain this item is highly recommended for before surgery and after surgery you’ll need it to stop pain when you cough while healing! I hope this helps someon as much as it helped me!
