Handy packaging in the plastic tub, keeps it all together. Didn't work for me, used it for 4 months and had no change in my condition, so I gave up

This works surprisingly well! My smell (particularly in one nostril) has been gone for years and I didn’t think it would ever come back. So naturally I had very low expectations but wanted to try anyways—the safety risks that come with very poor smell are not great. I have actually noticed that on days when I do use it, I am more aware of smells throughout the day. If I forget to use it the next day, the same benefit does not carry over. Following the directions carefully also makes a difference in how well it works for me. I would be interested in more scents to continue retraining my nose.

1st - this is not covid related smell lose. I have chronic sinusitis. In the past 2 years, I have had 4 sinus surgeries. About 2 months after my last operation, I noticed that I lost my sense of smell. I also have an odd chemical \ burnt rubber type smell\taste often. I mentioned this to my ENT and he gave me a scratch and sniff smell test. I went through 4 booklets and couldn't smell a single one. He provided me with information on smell recovery using essential oils daily for 2 months. I started looking and the small bottles of oil were$7-10 a piece and then I would need small containers.... The price of making a kit was higher than I wanted to spend. A search on Amazon showed several products and kits for smell recovery. I have been using Neilmed products and trust the brand, so I decided to give this kit a try. It is priced reasonably and very convenient to use. I didn't dedicate 20 mins 3 times a day in a quiet place to use the product. On average, I used them twice a day and smelled each scent in each side of my nose for 20-30 sec and then went on to the next one. I actually just stuck each one in my nose and let it set there. The first two weeks, I couldn't tell a difference in any of them besides the eucalyptus. This one had a noticeable feeling\sensation more than a scent. It has been 3.5 weeks since I started using the kit. I started smelling the lemon scent first about after 2 weeks. It was faint. Then the eucalyptus started to work. For the past week, I can now smell all of the scents. I also notice that I can smell other scents around the house. I feel like this product is working for me. I am not 100%, but maybe 30% back. It is still odd to not smell bacon cooking or even the strong smell of Bath and Body hand soaps. When I purchased this, there weren't any reviews. I trusted in the company name. It is a small amount of product for the price when compared to making your own. But there is no other cost and hopefully after 1, maybe 2 kits, I won't need it anymore. - - - Update 1/23 - - I ended up purchasing this kit a second time and used it as above for an additional 8-10 weeks. It has been 7 months since I started using this product and probably 6-8 weeks since I stopped. My smell is restored about 70%. I can smell most all things again. Some I have to get closer to and overall, the strength of all smells is still dimensioned. I may try another round and see if it improves more. I hope now that it has started to return, it will continue to improve on its own.

Used this to help restore my sense of smell as directed by my allergist. It did the job I needed it to.
