This cookbook is a fantastic reference for spices. It should be in everyone's reference collection for cooking. Very nicely designed to be user friendly, clearly presented. For both the experienced and the beginner. It has quickly became one of my favorites! Highly recommend.

This is a super great resource! With 350 recipes for some great rubs, glazes, marinades and butters this is a book you'll want on your shelf. As a professional chef I appreciate the ability to look through and get ideas on blending and creating new flavor profiles and these ideas are a great resource. Offer clear instructions for the novice up to the experienced. Helps keep away the repetitive nature of the same thing day in and day out.

This was purchased as a gift. I wasn’t expecting it to be so good. I thought it would have more pictures than deals but it’s packed with seasoning ideas, butters, jams, and so much more. It’s hard cover so feels like a quality book.
