I got this sprayer when I switched to a low-fat diet (10-15% fat calories). I use FAR less oil (1/2 to 1/6 depending on food and pan) and it's SO CONVENIENT! Much faster than pouring oil, and the oil goes where I want it: spread thinly across the cooking surface or on the food I'm cooking. MUCH easier and faster than pouring oil, without the cost or chemicals of a cooking spray. And you get to use exactly the oil YOU want! I've used this sprayer daily for 6 months. It functions perfectly and still looks new -- zero clogs, no sticking, no other problems. The sturdy glass bottle is comfortable in the hand, big enough I've only had to refill it a few times, and heavy enough to keep the sprayer from tipping. Oil spray is small droplets, not a mist. I cook in Blue Diamond nonstick pans, stainless steel pans, and a carbon steel wok. The sprayer works great for all of them. I typically spray the hot pan just before I add food, and again as needed while I'm cooking. Steaks and chops go on a plate to get one side seasoned, then I oil-spray the meat right before I flip it into the pan, season the top side, and oil-spray it right before I flip it. Minimal oil, maximal browning. Rather than dribbling oil on freshly drained pasta to keep it from sticking, I now spritz and stir a few times -- less oil, same great result. I've also used it to get seasoning to stick to air-popped popcorn (spritz, apply seasoning, stir, repeat).

Still works great a year later. It is a little tough to clean it thoroughly, but it sprays fine and even. Glass bottom, metal and plastic top. As long as it isn't overfilled it doesn't leak. It feels pretty durable and has held up well.

I like it, but it is too hard for my wife to press the spray button which requires a lot of force. Mist is very fine, so there is good control, though it results in overspray which is not good for oil. We use it for water only. The top opening is tiny and would be hard to clean if oil were used. The glass bottle is thick and not easily broken by normal handling. Looks nice too.

Works great, most uniform spray pattern of any of these I have tried. We'll see how the plastic parts deal with coconut oil. The one this replaced failed from (presumably) stress-cracking. This one has only been in service several weeks. Time will tell. But so I am totally pleased.

UPDATE 1 year use: Rinsed with hot water, very first time cleaning it after many months of excellent happy use misting olive oil on my air fryer foods, but hot water rinse cleaning somehow clogged the spring or sprayer parts inside the top? Now it only dribbles out oil or hot water and I cant figure out what I did wrong, or how to unclog it now? =( I shake it and water kept dribbling from the lid areas and misting from the bottom of the lid underneath when I spray it (instead of out from the nozzle like it is supposed to). Seems like water got stuck inside the parts inside and maybe the oil is coagulated and clogging the parts? So how are we supposed to clean this, because oil gets rancid and needs to be cleaned every few months. Original Review: Video shows the button is easy to press, the most is very fine & even spraying. The bottle is very classy looking, looks expensive. I like the glass bottle & silver top looks good on my stove/counter. I use it frequently for olive oil misting my air fried foods. Only used a few times, will update if it clogs up. Tiny opening prohibits cleaning, guess I will shake with soapy, hot water

ZERO stars. Stopped working after a few months. Then it came apart. Crapola. Look elsewhere. WASTE OF MONEY.
