Q: what is the diffrence betwen hydromol bath and dermol bath

I do not know the chemical constituents of each exactly. I have used both as a shower emollient. I had Dermol on prescription for some time but then it became not allowable on prescription. When it ceased to be available on prescription I discovered Hydromol Bath and Shower. I already knew Hydromol Cream so I knew it to be a qualty brand (this is a thickish cream of the nature of an ointment). Dermal Bath is a white creamy consistency whereas Hydromol Bath & Shower is a clear thin liquid which can be applied thinly so it goes much further. I decant it into a small bottle with a press dispenser (a redundant soap dispenser) and it applies very easily and economically. I just re-order the 1000ml bottle every so often. As far as I know, Hydromol is cheaper than Dermol. I think the 600ml Dermol is a similar price to the 1000ml Hydromol.
