Sure if you really have that kind of lung capacity. lol but for us regular folks, definitely need a portable pump.

Is there a weight limit?

I’m not sure. I weigh 160 and it was fine as in it didn’t deflate or lose its shape in any way.

Is this yoga mat really good for meditation?
