I have been struggling to find an exercise regimen to match my incredibly busy schedule, my chronically stressed-out lifestyle, and my physical conditions that make it harder to perform certain exercises. I get plenty of cardio from running around between meetings, and when I try to do HIIT or anything like mat pilates at home, I manage to quickly overwork myself, and then my adrenals are shot and I am even more stressed. But this exercise set is PERFECT. It allows me to incorporate strength training into my life to target the muscles that need the most attention from my sitting at the computer for many hours. The set is surprisingly good-quality. I was completely expecting to get some cheap plastic, but it's really sturdy and nice. It also comes with a nice big poster with images of a bunch of different exercises you can do, showing which groups of muscles those exercises would target. This is absolutely perfect for me. I hate having to follow a video tutorial because it isn't easy to tell if you're following the exercises correctly all the time. With a picture that shows which muscles are supposed to be targeted, it is easy to tell if you are doing it right because if you are, you will feel it in those muscles, and if you aren't, you won't. Also, I love that it has so many options and is so personalizable. I am recovering from a wrist injury, which makes exercises like push-ups and mountain climbers impossible. Yet, I've been wanting to rebuild muscle for a long time. This set allows me to do that without aggravating my injury. This is the first time in years that I don't have to get external motivation to exercise, and the first exercise ever that I am willingly and eagerly coming back to. I have had it for a couple of weeks, and I feel significant improvement in my muscle tone and strength, and my overall health.

I bought this to do Pilates and strength workouts at home and I’m really happy with it. The kit comes with everything you need, it’s easy to set up, and it doesn’t take up much space, which is perfect if you don’t have a full home gym. The resistance bands feel strong and durable, and the bar itself feels sturdy and well made. I like that you can adjust the resistance depending on the workout and your fitness level. It’s great for toning, stretching, and low-impact strength training — especially for days when you don’t feel like going to the gym. It’s also very convenient for travel or small spaces, and it stores away easily when you’re done. Overall, great quality for the price and a really nice way to stay consistent with workouts at home.

I've purchased a few different bar and band kits like this recently and I'll tell you for free if you listen to me that this one right here is both the best and the cheapest (at time of my purchase). Fellas, heads up: buy the pink exercise equipment. It's cheaper most of the time and it's usually just as good. This one is actually better. I have extra bands on hand, but this kit comes with 150lbs. I'm not Superman and I mostly use this particular kit for squats and stretches, so 150lbs is completely adequate for me. The kit has all the accessories you'd expect to see for such things. The handles, stirrups, cuffs, door hook, etc.. Everything stitched strongly and ready to go to work for some time to come. I have another kit that is almost exactly like this one excepting the fact that it's very much dude coded. I mean that it's black and orange and looks pretty bro friendly. Thing is... lemme check my records... that kit cost $36 and actually had a few less accessories. Also, this kit has a better bag. Actually looks like it might possibly be useful. The bags with the other kits I put right in the whathefck pile under the kitchen sink with the weird coozy sleeve full of infinite plastic grocery bags. Those bags were not worth dealing with. They will probably still be exactly where I put them to and through the day I die. Useless, see? Anyway, good kit here. Useful. Versatile. Well appointed. Pink. Fellas, buy the pink stuff. :)

This Pilates bar kit exceeded my expectations! It comes with everything I need for a full-body workout without having to go to the gym. The resistance bands feel sturdy, the bar is easy to assemble, and all the accessories are well made. I love that I can target my arms, legs, glutes, and core with one piece of equipment. It’s lightweight enough to travel with but durable enough for daily workouts. If you’re looking for an affordable home gym setup, I definitely recommend this.

Well made product with 6 different resistance level bands , an easy to assemble bar with adjustable straps that help to increase or decrease resistance, handle and foot straps that can be used in multiple ways for upper or lower body exercises , sturdy velcro ankle straps as well as a door anchor. There are many different full body resistance exercises shown in a large training poster that is included as well. I have used this for several weeks and absolutely love it !

I work from home so I wanted some workout equipments to keep me moving since I’m typically at my desk for 8 hours a day. I decided to search for Pilates equipment and came across COFOF Pilates Bar Kit. I had been looking at a couple of them and comparing them with the prices and what was included. I really did not want to spend more than $25 since I was for sure on a budget. This kit was $23.99 NICE and I got a few more things than the others. Upon opening, I was very surprised that it came with so much information. The thank you letter envelop was a good touch. I was also surprised to see a door hanger because other equipments that require you to utilize a door don’t even come with one. But here’s another plus it’s not a cheaply made cardboard or stock paper made, it’s almost like plastic (not the shiny kind), durable, water proof, tear proof too? It’s thin but I would take that over a paper one any day. I’m a person that’s 5’1/5’2 so while reading the information packet I was happy to see they acknowledged us smaller folks to help us adjust better. I was actually pretty hype about it. Anyways, I finished my first session (I did reference the big poster training guide) and I must say this really is a workout and had me struggling. My heart was really pumping! All in all: - I received everything that was listed. - Floored by the thoughtfulness that was put into creating this kit. - Easy to put together and store - had a great workout - I can take it anywhere Btw, I don’t write reviews but this kit and company deserved one.

I have two Pilates bar sets from COFOF and I am super pleased with the product and customer service is great! My first set I bought a couple years ago but I lose the workout poster. I emailed customer service and they promptly sent me a PDF of the poster! So helpful! I ordered my second set a few months ago (needed more equipment). Unfortunately, I did have a band just break but I reached out to customer service and they remedied the situation quickly with no problems! Will order from COFOF again!

Comparing the Gaia Bar and this one I would choose the Gaia. The adjustable straps on this one are a pain to use. The left side had too much space between the strap and the bar so it slid around when using it causing asymmetric balance of the bar. I had to find a make shift spacer to insert in the gap. I like the thickness of the bar and it is comfortable to grip. The Gaia bar is thinner but the stretch chords are rolled easily around it with a flick of the wrist to adjust length when switching exercises. So much easier to use that way! I tried rolling the straps of this one to get around the awkwardness of adjusting with the clip and they wouldn’t roll evenly. This set has better hand and feet grips. As far as the additional grips, I Love the ankle strap and hand grip/stirrup. The door strap ended up at the hall closet door since it is the only door with space on each side so it can be used. The clasps on the bands are easy to configure with the grips and are sturdy. I purchased the longer bands to supplement this set and hooked them to a wall bracket so I can avoid the awkward adjustable straps on the bar.

Very unhappy. The middle piece cannot screw into the other 2 pieces. The replacement one was the same. Very disappointed. Quality looked good, but will need to look at another brand.
