I really like the bulk powders so I can fill my own capsules. (You can save more money filling your own capsules.) However, the filled capsules are great too!

Seems good
Not sure how well it works, my wife asked me to buy them for her. So I can’t comment on taste, effect on skin or the stomach. Though I have not noticed any issues with my wife since she has been taking them. Not much to say on color.. I mean it looks like any other supplement, it doesn’t appear discolored.

Not sure about this one...
I usually get another brand but they were out this time. So I decided to give this one a try since I do like other products by this brand name.I have trouble swallowing pills, capsules especially. So I find capsules that I can open and dump into liquid to ease the process and I'm well accustomed to difficult flavors. I had been expecting this to be a difficult flavor since Goldenseal Root is a bitter herb. However, I only slightly tasted the expected bitterness in this one. So I'm fairly certain it's been cut with something else. Not sure what but it tastes an awful lot like flour. That's why the four stars. If it's effectiveness is also compromised, I will have to update the review to reflect that as well but I won't know until later about that. Just know that this brand doesn't taste like it's the pure product so it most likely isn't. Time will tell.EDIT: I've been taking this product for about a week now and nothing is improving. I'm convinced this is actually something other than Goldeseal Root. If this were real Goldenseal Root, it would have been effective before now. However, I'm seeing no changes. Won't buy this one again.
