Works great for nausea in pregnancy!

I’ve been taking P5P for a week now and I’ve definitely noticed that I’m sleeping much better. I’m not getting tired in the afternoons now though I have been exercising before a 2 mile walk each morning and evening. I feel much calmer also. I typically don’t think that I dream, meaning that I’m not spending much time in REM sleep, but I realize that I have been dreaming each night since starting the supplement. Sleep is one of the most important things related to our health. I am happy with the results so far.

I don’t know if they work or not but in my head is good quality there’s no junk in it so I’m just gonna continue using it because I need the vitamins and I googled what would be good for you know what it has here and it said this was a number one.

Seems to work for us. We have kryptopyrroluria which is disorder of pyrroles building up & binding to zinc & b6 then removing them from body through urine. Treatment is high doses of zinc & b6 daily. Regular b6 can build up to toxic levels in body so we get the active form p5p. Appreciate the high dose & minimal other ingredients. Wish it didn’t have rice flour but it doesn’t have the stearate & other unnecessary crap found in most other supplement. No taste. No smell. Good size. Seems to be a good value. Have purchased this item many times & will continue.
