This brand of Myo Inositol is great quality and I got it for $10, which is a great price, so I'll be buying it again if they can get it back in stock! I feel it's really helping curb my cravings and flatten my tummy - finally!! I take 2 with every meal. I also take apple cider vinegar pills first thing in the morning and then again before I go to bed. Please get it back in stock soon!

This is sooo good. Value for my money. Helps my over body.

UPDATE: I really liked this supplement for $10 it was out of stock forever when It finally came back the price was increased though. I've been taking it for a couple of months now for PCOS etc and definitely can tell a difference in my menstrual cycle.

I cannot speak for the effectiveness of these pills, as I didn't notice a measurable difference in my blood sugar levels, so my conclusion to the primary function of these pills is inconclusive. These pills are enormous, so they're hard to swallow. I can't recommend these for their primary function, but for the price, you're given a lot of them. However, if you follow their directions, taking two with EACH meal, you'll likely run out of them fairly quickly.
