Great front line, chest & heart sounds clear
Great for any front line medic. Yes you can hear a heart murmur. Easy to hear chest sounds clearly. Robust. Love the colours, helps me find it when it gets " accidently taken" ๐

Solid stethoscope
A little pricy but good stethoscope. First time tapping on it (coming from other brands) was shocked by how loud it was despite such a gentle tap - I can probably now auscultate in at least 4 dimensions. Ear comfort is nice, doesnโt press too much into the ear canal yet can still often get solid seal. Amazon is also suggesting I mention the versatility so yes it (obviously) allows for auscultating of heart valves and peristalsis along with measuring blood pressure (as per usual with a stethoscope)

I Have been using this for 3years. Its worth the money. Sound is clear from both sides. It's earpiece are also good. Till the date it never caused me any issue.
