Great product. Phenomenal customer service.
I received this unit and with the help of two friends, had it installed in three hours. Everything fit exactly the way it was supposed to, the product worked exactly like it was supposed to. After having the unit on my truck for 10 months, I contacted customer service. regarding what I thought maybe an issue with water entering the housing. I received a prompt response back from a customer representative named Lucy. Provided me with all the information I needed to check to see if I did have any water intrusion. Come to find out there was none it was extremely dry and I just got through a major rain event The customer service I received from Lucy was phenomenal. I really didn’t expect to hear back at all from them but I was offered all the support I could possibly have needed. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a very top quality electric retractable cover. I have it on my 2015 Ford F150. Thank you customer service rep Lucy

Worth the money
I've had this cover for a few weeks now and love it. I put the cover on my 2023 Ford Lightning. Many have said the directions are useless, but I thought they were fair. If the directions included more images they would probably be easier to follow. The directions say to put the unit together on the floor and with help move it to the truck. Instead of this, I put an empty box in the bed of the truck that was tall enough to allow me to place the unit on the empty box and build it in the bed of the truck. If you do this just make sure it's tall enough to allow you to screw the six screws in the side (3 on each side). Once it was together it was pretty easy for me to just lift the motor box up enough to pull the empty box out. Putting the rest together was pretty easy from there. I ran the power to the battery before running any lines to make sure it worked. Once that was out of the way I ran the line from the bed to the battery. When I tried it again, the cover would close, but only open a few feet. I reached out to support and Tony got back to me within a few hours. Apparently, if the cover loses power this issue can happen. After driving around a bit the cover started working again. My bed is coated so instead of putting holes in the original bed plugs, I purchased these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D8HWHKM9?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1. When the cover is fully open there are two slats still showing. My first thought was it was stopping short, but this is normal. This unit comes with four ways to open and close the cover. 1 - a remote - two come with the unit 2 - a button that you run the line from the bed to the cab 3 - a phone app 4 - your car remote, but you need to install a line you spice into your vehicle first I ended up using the remote that came with the unit, and the phone app. I tested the unit with the button (#2), but I felt the other two were enough. I didn't feel like running lines into the cab, and how many ways does one need to open and close the cover. Other than liking more images in the directions, I would suggest these to the manufacturer * The button that came with the unit could be waterproof. That way it could be set up in the bed of the truck and used when the tailgate is down. * The power line has some loom tubing on it to help protect it from the elements, but I bought some more to make sure the line was protected all the way to the bed. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TDGMDW4?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1. This was an afterthought and I still need to install it. * Support sent me a link to a youtube video that helped. This URL could be added to the instructions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VDF3Sj0omdU&t=16s

Truck cover installation
A bit tricky to install. If you are having trouble watch the installation video or email Tony directly (with pictures and video of your installation) Tony was very responsive and detailed. Since it was our first time installing something like this it look quite a bit of time and emailing back and forth but we finally got it. Overall great product and great customer service!!! The cover is truly waterproof, and fits perfectly!!

Very good quality cover..
I took my time unboxing and sorting out all the hardware and between the video and the Installation manual I got the cover ready to lift unto the bed. Note that I ran the 12v power wire on the passenger side of the truck and had plenty of harness to reach the driver side and make connection with the box. I did not want the harness laying on the bed of the truck so I ran it through the two tiedowns and tie wrapped the harness to each and came out with just the right amount of pigtail to make the power connection. It was a pleasant surprise when i had it all together that I pressed the buttons on the remote and that cover came out smooth and quite and back and forth it went. I also downloaded the app and have that on my iPhone to operate also. Overall this cover is top quality and very well engineered. If you'er considering a purchase of this cover you will be very pleased with technical help from Tony as he was communicating with me quickly whenever I had a question. Consider this cover for the price point and the quality it offers...Jack

Awesome electric bed cover and even better customer support
Purchased the electric version of the cover and install was uneventful. Instructions where pretty good, but a few of the diagrams were a bit confusing. But generally speaking though, take your time and it'll be a walk in the park. Quality wise, the product is excellent. I had a small issue that I reached out to customer service for and they promptly took care of me which was a first concerning an amazon purchase since it was all managed via the manufacturer and not amazon directly. Highly recommended!

Excellent Product, Questionable Seller
Five star product, two star seller. Let’s start with the basics: the instruction manual isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. If you’re the type who likes to read through a manual, gather everything you need, and expect a smooth process — you’re in for a rough time. However, if you don’t mind a few hiccups along the way, you’ll get through this install in about 4-5 hours. I managed to complete mine solo in roughly 5 hours, despite a broken finger from a week earlier. That said, the cover itself is excellent — top-notch quality and silent in operation. The Hiccups: Attaching the side rails to the canister before moving it to the truck: The instructions are practically useless here. You’ll need to figure it out yourself. Use the shorter screws to attach the rails to the canister. These aren’t clearly marked, so don’t mistakenly use the longer screws. Offset brackets placement: The offset brackets should go toward the front of the bed, not the rear. While it’s possible to move them later, it’s much easier to install them in the correct position the first time. Lifting Onto the Vehicle: I managed to do this by myself, but you really shouldn’t. With the rails attached, the unit becomes awkwardly shaped. While it’s not terribly heavy (a little over 100 lbs), the size and shape make it challenging to handle alone. If you’re determined to go solo, ensure you have plenty of space to maneuver. I moved my truck outside to give myself ample room. To avoid accidental scratches, use something like moving blankets to protect the sides of the vehicle. That said, the safest and smartest option is to grab someone to help. Having an extra set of hands will not only make the lift easier but will also reduce the risk of damage to the cover or your vehicle — and prevent potential injury. Adjustable brackets and tailgate clearance: The brackets are adjustable up and down. If your tailgate doesn’t close properly, loosen (but don’t remove) the bolts. Ensure the canister is pushed as far forward as possible, then adjust the rear brackets slightly upward for extra clearance. With patience, it’ll work, and the tailgate will close properly. I’ve attached a video showing it in action with the cover closed. Yellow wire connection for factory key fob operation: The yellow wire is used to integrate with the factory key fob. The connection point varies by model: For F-150s (including Lightning), the wire is located at the driver’s side B-pillar, on the brown plug. With the plug's tab facing down, connect the yellow wire to pin position 4 (bottom row, 4th slot from the right). In my F-150 Lightning (2024), the wire was brown with green. The App and Key Fob: The app is basic but functional, allowing you to control the cover as long as you’re within Bluetooth range. The secondary key fob is of good quality and works well. The factory fob is another option, press unlock three times and the cover opens/closes, press again and it’ll stop. There’s also the interior button that has the same functionality. I appreciate the range of operation options, which are typically only available with covers that cost double or triple this price. Issues with the Seller: I had a significant issue with the seller misrepresenting product availability. They claimed the item was in stock and ready to ship, but in reality, the shipment hadn’t arrived from China. Instead, the seller generated a tracking number without shipping the item, leading to a delay of over a week. Despite their claims, this was not due to FedEx or Black Friday shipping volume, but rather their failure to have the product on hand. Multiple attempts were made to shift the blame to FedEx, even though the carrier had not yet received the package.

There were no drainage tubes included in the box.
This has a lot of promise because of the features. (You can operate it with the key fob included, your cell phone with further wiring (included), your OEM key fob with more wiring (included), and a static button switch (included). The instructions are about as clear as mud and getting assistance from the company is tricky. They don't sell to the general public is what they tell you when you contact them and inform them of parts missing from the box. They tell you to contact the seller who sold it to you. I did email them and got a reasonably quick response telling me to make sure the rails were symmetrical after the installation with the guages (included) in the kit. There was also some type of bar for that purpose, but was missing from the kit also. I could really use that bar, but doubt I will receive it. Not sure if I will receive the drainage tubes either, and I need them in the next two days before I go on vacation. Finally, I couldn't get the cover to come out of the can when I first installed it and pressed the remote. It would move about 1/4 inch and stop. Tried to get assistance to help me get it passed that point, but got make sure the rails were parallel and equal distant apart at the tail gate as at the cannister. Well, I put it in manual and forced it out of the cannister and it has worked well ever since. I still like it for the price I paid for it because most of the other electrical one are about twice as much or more for the same or fewer features. At this point, I would still buy it again.

Great Cover.
This is a great product. Installation was a little difficult but once installed I love this cover. Operation is smooth, easy and convenient. Great looking and water tight. Nothing but compliments from fiends and strangers.
