For those not able or capable of making complex slides immediately, these small apex sets are ideal as a study aid and provide many hours of interest. They are not of the view once and forget variety as each slide is well made, well covered and sealed and can be gone back to on many occasions. Not only that but they are very affordable for the new and learning microscopist.
