We keep this on the outside of our child's pack and play, and it helps her fall asleep without me having to rock her. It has a 1 hour timer on it so it doesn't shake all night, and it attaches nicely to the outside so that she's not able to reach it. Nice and rechargeable too!

Not to be one of those “I never leave reviews” kind of people, but I really never leave reviews unless I just LOVE a product. And let me just say it has been such a life saver. Background: right when my baby turned 5.5 months old he decided he didn’t want to nap on his crib anymore. He went from napping 1-2 hrs solid in his crib (black out, white noise, all that), to screaming and just not napping every time we put him down. He started to *only* want to nap either in our arms or in the car for about 30 min.The car was his favorite though, the vibration got him so sleepy and kept him asleep. My husband and I would literally drive all over the place for every nap, every day, for about a week straight since we were so desperate for him to fall asleep (an overtired baby is horrible to deal with as you probably know, so we did what it took). However it really started wearing on us. So I figured there had to be a way to mimic the vibration of the car. I looked this up and found it, ordered it, got here 2 days later and now my life is is a million times better!! I take it with me everywhere now even if we’re not home for nap time or or crib isn’t around. I can hook it on the car seat or put it under a pillow on the bed so he feels the vibration etc. Anyway, if you’re desperate, give it a try, I’m so thankful for this thing right now!!

We were looking for a way of rocking baby's bassinet at night, without having to spend $1,600 on a Snoo. We gave Rockit a try and it's just fantastic. Attaching it to the bassinet was no problem at all (as long as the bassinet has some sort of an upright rod to attach to, you're good).I was initially worried whether this is safe to use for a bassinet, in that the product description only mentions strollers, but the Rockit is not in the bassinet itself and to the best of my knowledge I can't see why it would be unsafe (the rocking is strong enough for baby to fall asleep but certainly not so strong that baby would be turned, destabilized etc). You can check the guidelines yourself but I couldn't see any sleep rule that would be violated by attaching this to the outside a bassinet.Now we calm him for a few minutes, put him in the bassinet, turn on the Rockit and go to sleep. It's magical!So far the battery life also hasn't been bad, we've been using it for about a week. But that seems like a common problem based on reviews, so we're cognizant of that. Still worth it for a good night's sleep even if it becomes a problem :).Snoo & co might still make sense for you if your baby has real trouble sleeping, but for us, the Rockit is perfect, and only a tiny fraction of the price. Getting a second one for downstairs

I wish I could have actually used this product but it’s way too much of a pain to attach to the stroller. It needs to be charged frequently which means it needs to be unattached frequently - the bracket it come with is the most annoying attachment I’ve ever seen for a baby item. Theres not way I’m fussing around with attaching, unattaching and plugging in to charge in the house multiple times per week so I only used this with both my kids a few times.

It does work on our 6 week old, and the lowest setting is usually sufficient. Once it gave up on us last night right as I was putting kid to bed, I perfectly replaced the jiggly motion with hand jiggling of the basinet for 5-10 min.Reasons it would not be 5 stars:1. Gimmicky design. Why rocket? Who cares? It's actually not convenient to turn it on and especially to reach the "volume" knob from the bottom. Basic controls would be more preferable. Just one turn knob, like on car radios to turn on and turn volume up would be perfect.2. No "plugged in" operation option3. Only has "stop working in 1 hr" setting - very limiting4. No charge indicator. Come on, even my 10$ powrbanks have charge indicators. So it leaves parents anxious that it wouldn't be charged enough when needed, and you are caught off guard at 2 AM with a discharged gadget5. Convoluted attachment and only 1 includedI'd buy the SleepingTroll instead at 3x the price, but they don't offer free returns for US buyers, in case it wouldn't work for the kid.Knowing now that this particular motion works for my kid, I am considering buying or renting a Snoo, to automate the whole thing

I bought the rockit back in 2023 and it has saved my life! I’ve used it on a bassinet for both of my kids and it works like a charm when putting them asleep and keeping them asleep. Unfortunately it only stays on for an hour, I would prefer it to stay on longer but honestly that’s my only complaint!

I was skeptical about getting this for my baby since it’s a little pricey and there is so much different things out there and not everything works but it was worth it! It’s not heavy to have on anything. It’s easy to use just click the bottom and control the speed of how fast you want it to rock with a dial on the bottom. I have it mainly on my babies stroller on the top of the handle and my baby loves to stare at it and it’s a rocket so it looks cool. It comes in handy when going out to eat and when in the car, my baby does not like it when the car stops but if I have it on the lowest setting she does not cry at stops

Amazing product. You already know as a parent that so many things you buy for babies just don't quite work properly. Well this DOES. I bought it when our twins were a few months old in an effort to get them to nap at the same time in the buggy. I'd put them in the buggy, in the garden, stick the rockit on and leave them. It worked, on our baby jogger city mini GT double, and then later on our mountain buggy duet too. It can take a little fiddling to work out the best place on a double chassis to put the rockit. But it works really well. My only complaint is the cycle is too short when my twins can nap for much longer than 30 mins (yay!). I just set the timer on my phone for 28 mins and turn it off and on again. It's so good I keep it on the buggy most of the time which can cause problems when I forget it's there and bang it into a door frame or it flies off into the depths of the car boot. It has rolled out of the boot a few times onto the ground and seems to have held up very well. The only damage after 6m of use is where some of the Rockit logo rubbed off after sunscreen got on it. The strap is starting to get a bit harder to tighten properly so I may look into getting a new one as we still use it quite a lot. I'm pretty confident i'll be able to pass it on to a friend when we've finished using it. Really great product and definitely worth the £40 and hopefully it will work as well for your baby(ies) as it has for ours. I would say this would really make a great present for new twin parents!!
