Not impressed
I bought it to make mozzarella. I made mozzarella plenty a times using raw milk and shop bought milk, using animal rennet. This was useless to make mozzarella. I did get a grillable cheese out of it which was alright. It will produce curds but they will be poor quality... I get better cream cheese using lemon juice. This is my first time using microbial rennet and maybe adding other culture you may get somewhere
