2.5cm in circumference x 1cm in height. Easily breaks down so great for Dogs with hardly any teeth and easily breaks up using fingers.

Is this a complete meal so no need to add any extras

Yes it is. No need to add anything. My dog likes it but I tend to give it him as a treat and he eats other meats for his meals.

Is this a British company and is the food organic?

I am unsure but if you Google them they have a webchat service and you can ask them. My dogs love this food and the bite size pieces are great to use as training treats too.
