Within just 2 days of purchase, the so‑called toughened glass shattered after only 30–40 minutes of use on medium flame. This is not just poor quality—it’s a serious safety hazard. The service experience is even worse. Sunshine’s toll‑free number is either switched off or deliberately ignored. My complaint has been pending for over a month with absolutely no resolution. Their after‑sales support is non‑existent, and customers outside tier‑1 cities should be warned: you will be left stranded. Even if they offer a 90% discount, it’s not worth the risk or frustration. The only positive is the brass burners, which are heavy and of decent quality. But what good is that when the main product fails catastrophically and the company refuses to stand by its warranty? Verdict: Unsafe product, unreliable brand, and irresponsible customer service. Strongly advise against purchasing.

Best buy product. note:If your kitchen countertop is small in area then go for 3 burner or 2 burners because of the 4 burner gas stove size.
