As a homeschool mom this was a great kit to get the kids up, moving and having fun. The sacks are big enough that my husband and I could also join in the fun. It was cute that it includes medals for everyone. The only drawback were the velcro, elastic bands for the 3 legged race. It popped off as soon as we tried running, so the velcro wasn't that strong, but I imagine if it's only being used for kids it would be fine.
