Warning! the guitar pictured is not the guitar you will receive! I have bought a few of these oscar schmidts recently. The very first I got sounded nice so I began buying more. It seemed like the sound quality on every one after that 1st one became more poor and very unsatisfying. This guitar was the last one I bought and the seller sent the wrong item different than the advertised photo. and on top of that the sound quality was terrible. I bought one on ebay and got the wrong item again coincidentally from this same seller Total Music Source. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY SUCK!! seller made return process very difficult. I called the oscar schmidt people directly and at 1st they pretended to help but ultimately they came back and said "oh well" we cant do anything. They didnt even care that one of their authorized dealers was representing them so poorly. The guitars suck unless you get lucky like I did on my 1st one, and the oscar schmidt company doesnt seem to care about helping their customers, they suck too. You are better off spending just a bit more and getting something thats worth it. I have 2 Lunas and an LTD, they sound very nice. Jasmine by takemine are also very affordable guitars and they sound amazing, Ive owned 2 of those as well.

I was looking for a guitar to replace my old washburn acoustic that i gave to my son. I saw the oscar schmidt on the site and knowing from experence (I have owned 2 oscar schmidts) that they are good guitars. The only bad thing I have to say and its really not that bad is that the guitars color is a little different than the picture has it. Its not as boldly flamed as the picture shows.The sound is great on this guitar. I have been playing for 34 years and have owned many guitars and I can tell you that its not a martin or a taylor but it is just as good as an ibanez or epiphone. It sounds way better than a fender acoustic. The action was set pretty decent no major problems and the on board electronic are good. The digital tuner is a nice touch. I believe if you are looking for a very nice sounding and playable guitar this one would be good for you.

I've never bought a guitar before and I ws so excited for it to come! When it came it was bright ORANGE! If you do not want an ORANGE guitar do not buy this! The sound was great but it was bright ORANGE!

I own a Taylor 414CE and know what to look for in a guitar for the most part. I needed a guitar to travel with and the price on this was too good to pass up! The box got here in less than a week and to my delight, the strings and action were great right out of the box! I love the flame top and the way it plays as well as the electronics on board. I scored!

This has easily become my favorite acoustic, the price is incredible how amazing this guitar sounds after it is the cation and truss rod is adjusted. The design is beautiful with an all round abalone binding, love the color and the electronics. As long as you know how what setting to use for your amp and preamp this baby will sound incredible, in my opinion it's up there with some of the lower tier but yet 4x more expensive taylor guitars. 10/10

I had been wanting to get a guitar for a while. I have not a clue what I'm doing with it, as I am a beginner. But let me just tell you. I learned my first chord to strum last night, and when I did, my husband and my eyes both lit up. This guitar sounds absolutely amazing. The built in tuner is amazing! And I was just quite shocked with the overall quality, feel, sound, look, everything its just amazing :). I am super excited about learning the guitar. If you are looking for a nice sounding instrument with built in electric pickup, and an amazing sound at a reasonable price... this is it! :) Thanks Amazon! :)

I have had this guitar for about 4 or 5 months and I really like it. It is a very good looking guitar with the colors and patterns being even more vivid than the photo can show. The built-in tuner, and the other electronic parts work well. I think the strings that come on it are a little too heavy so I plan on having those switched out soon. The guitar WILL need some setup out of the box, I would recommend taking it to a local guitar shop to have it adjusted. Most won't charge you for that. I am fairly new to the guitar, but I have really enjoyed playing this one. I get lots of complements on how it looks.

I've had this guitar for over three years. It has treated me well. The greatest guitar I've owned. Although, I need new strings pretty badly.The built in tuner comes in handy, a lot. and the eq's they have for the electric side are great. It takes a 9v battery for the tuner. I've only had to change mine out once since I've bought it, and that's because I left my tuner on. So all in all, amazing buy.
