These are seriously the best tasting gummies I’ve ever had! Nice texture as well, it doesn’t take forever to chew like some other brands I’ve had. LOVE that there’s no gelatin! Perfect amount of melatonin for me as well because anything more makes me feel weird. These don’t totally knock me out, but they do help me to fall asleep a little faster. I’d describe these as gently helping you feel more relaxed before bedtime.

It puts me to sleep, but I try not to use any sleep meds very often.

Full disclosure: I suffer from extreme insomnia (caused by a combination of Lyme Disease and C-PTSD), and I'm already on a sleep Rx that would kill a horse but gives me 2 hours of sleep when I'm lucky. I've tried a HUGE variety of herbals and other supplements (not to mention every single Rx and OTC meds you can think of). This was the latest try in a list of many failed trials so in all fairness, I can't blame the product 100%. That being said: The first day, it knocked me out in less than 30 minutes and I thought I had found the holy grail of sleeping supplements. Then, day after day, I found I awoke more and more during the nights, having to take more gummies (two every two hours) to stay asleep. I still find them helpful (now that I'm weaning myself off the sleep Rx) but the amount of sugar negates the potential positive effect the gummies may have. On a side note: I don't find the taste offensive. However, the amount of sugar from corn syrup (5g per serving) and artificial color are.

This is my husband and I’s favorite melatonin, we don’t buy any other brands anymore. And we’ve tried a lot. The taste is yummy lol, they have chamomile and other things, and they work!

Made me sleepy and I take strong sleep meds

I currently suffer from insomnia. I have to use pills to get at least 5 hours of sleep. I tried these gummies because they were an "All-Natural" solution. The first night I used two gummies, I woke up after an hour. I also didn't like the sugary coating over each gummy. The fact that sugar is one of the first ingredients is an issue with me since sugar tends to stimulate the body. The taste wasn't that bad. If you have any experience with herbal supplements, you'll have some idea what this tastes like. I didn't notice any strong side effects like drowsiness or whatnot. Beyond that, this was unfortunately a waste of money for me.

It has a soft texture and a taste somewhat like gummy candy, making it easy to swallow.
