A great tool in helping children to acknowledge their feelings and to take greater control of them. Has certainly helped my 8 year old with his anxiety and helped us to initiate conversations with him that may not have otherwise happened.

One Star because my daughter hated the voice and won't listen to the CD
Unfortunately my child does not like the readers voice and would only listen to it for a minute!
