If you are not a professional, do yourself a HUGE favor and go learn about the color wheel and how to neutralize or enhance a tone. After you get that concept, go learn about wella toner formulation. What all of the numbers mean! Then you will have an educated view on what toner to apply vs i think I'm grabbing the right thing. 20 minutes of research can save you a huge headache! Sallys employees don't have this basic toner training and will have you convinced that you have the perfect toner and they are wrong due to the lack of education!!

I fell in love with this!! Although this might have opened a portal door to screwing up my hair by doing more and more of it, but it works just as if you were at a salon. Just make sure to do proper research yourself before bleaching your own hair. Otherwise if you know what you're doing, this is the best product out there for you.

Remove the brassiness from the blonde worked great smells pretty fair kind of florally make sure you use a five volume or 10 volume developer leaving in as long as you like but this is not a purple it has more of a pinkish red tone so it's not going to give you an ash it's going to give you more of a warm tone so if you're looking to tone down and get that ashy or cool color you're not going to get that you're going to get a warm color

I used this product on my bombshell #8 extensions that are a year old and very brassy. I ordered toner T38 Ivory and it did absolutely nothing. I followed all the instructions and let it sit for the full 15 minutes. I don’t recommend this product. You’ll just have to do it again and you’re also damaging the hair for no reason. Here are my before and after… disappointments led is an understatement

I did this toner on myself after my hairdresser moved away. Let me tell youuuu it was absolutely worth it. I used a scale to accurately weigh the ratios between the developer and the toner. I did 1:1 ratio of 30 volume to Toner Then added 1:1 ratio of water and purple olaplex shampoo. Left that in my hair for 30 minutes and voila! Deep condition, blow dry, and fin.

so to start i’m a professional, i got this because i was in a pinch and this seemed promising as wella is typically good quality but this toner didn’t work at all on my level 10 client, but i guess this one is formulated so people can use it at home so it’s less strong than their regular ones! great for slightly toning the hair i guess and definitely a safe bet if toning at home, however wouldn’t recommend this to professionals

From orange to strawberry blonde? I used 20 vol developer with the one to two ratio and left on for 20 minutes and this is how my pretty orange bleach blonde hair turned into. I think it was a good colour change since I was pretty yellow/orange from my original lift from the bleach but I would have loved to see more of a difference. I think if your hair was not as orange as mine it will work out a lot better. My roots were already lighter to begin with since it was vergin hair so that tonned down as I expected. I think I’ll have to do another round to get the results I really want but KEEP IN MIND, since you are using developer for this it will be damaging to your hair. I had pretty healthy hair considering I had bleached it a couple weeks prior, I had been using k18 and olaplex and my hair felt amazing even after bleaching but using this made my hair feel very dry and damaged if I’m telling the truth. I would be careful if you have very damaged hair.

I followed the exact directions bought the exact brand and volume developer it showed in the video and on the paper that was recommended for the one i purchased and didn’t even change at all, my hair colour was the exact colour that is shown on the before and after picture that is why i was excited to try it but it actually did nothing. I had to buy 2 boxes cause my hair is very long, this was a waste of money and time.
