Absolutely not acceptable.
Product was in fact not new and was not in its original box. Camera has several missing items including the camera instructions. As the product is for a beginner, there would be no use in this item for its intended user. The product was not Renewed and was confirmed as second hand. This is very disappointing and now I have to pay to return this item.
