Is the cup easy to clean?

Yes is the short answer. They are slightly wider at the bottom than my standard mugs so that makes them easier to clean. I usually hand wash (which is recommended) but they have had a visit to the dishwasher with no problem, although I will continue to mainly hand wash for longevity of their cosmetic look.

Is the handle included in the product dimension?

I dont know, but it is a very spacious mug, and the handle is very large. It suits us fine.....as we like a large mug of black tea

Are these mugs flawless?

I can’t tell you as I ordered them twice and both times got sent a single coffee mug with lid I sent both back and gave up on the end !
