I don’t know what a broader is I just use with oil in a frying pan enough oil to fry one whole side before I turn it

Yep! - I'm not sensitive to it but - INGREDIENTS: Enriched bleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), yellow corn flour, yellow corn meal, salt, spices, corn starch, dextrose, monosodium glutamate, natural flavors, dried garlic, paprika. - that's from the box ...hope this helps!

Great for Chicken fried steak and fried mushrooms!

The best seasoned fry batter. Great on everything! We love to use it for chicken fried steak, shrimp, chicken, steak, veggies and mushrooms. It’s got a tiny bit of heat (like 2 out of 10) that gives it a very nice taste. I keep a lot handy because it’s so versatile. Try frying mushrooms with it- OMG delicious!

Delicious will buy again

I love this Louisiana Fish Fry. I bought it for chicken. It was so easy to put together and cook. The flavor was tangy and a little spicy but not mouth burning!
