Does it need to be refrigerated?

Once opened, it must be refrigerated. It’s good in the fridge for 48 hours. After that, it has to be thrown out. If left out for more than 2 hours once opened it also must be thrown out

Is it ok to warm it a little?

Yes, but never warm up formula in a microwave.
