After weeks and weeks of treatment at a Wound Care Clinic for edema so bad I couldn't wear shoes or even socks, they finally got me compressed to the point that I could graduate from bandage wraps to compression socks. I was nervous about the 20-30 mmHg because I'd worn 15-20 before and really, really didn't like the way they cut into my calves at the top. But, I got the wide calf version and they work great. They do roll down and tend to make a tournequet at the top, but if I just fold down the cuff, they stay in place nicely. Best of all, my edema stays under control and my legs and feet hurt a lot less.

i bought a lot ..never wanted to spend this kind of money. bought all the cheaper brands. they are all uncomfortable in one way or another. Jobst fit, and they are made really well. i would advise you to skip alll the others no matter how much cheaper, just bite the bullet and buy these. if your legs need help, these will help you.

This product has been effective, is very good quality and has held up well (I hand wash them), and at a very good price. I had bought the same brand but lighter compression at a local medical supply store, at a much higher price, and liked them so decided to try these.
