Hi! does this allow a tablet to tilt downwards? looking for something so my currently bed-ridden partner can watch tv while lying flat in bed. thanks!

The mount allows full rotation from horizontal face up to horizontal face down. Although for larger tablets I wouldn't go beyond about 20-30 degrees from the vertical, as this might pull the stand over - depending on firmness of the surface It'll stand on.

It is very light you could lift it with your little finger. Once your tablet is fixed to it it's very stable but light

The phone or tablet can be inserted facing forward or backward. Tilting in one direction it cannot quite be made horizontal but tilt it the other and it can. So the answer is definitely yes.

The bottom of the base, width 52cm. The top, where the tablet is placed, can be spread to maximum width of 24 cm. Completely extended the height is 38 cm
