A fool is always parted with their money. This is not a substitute for exercise eating right this will do nothing but go ahead and spend your money. I got it because of different reasons for a little bit of compression without having a full on corset which I have many of I’m a normal size person and these dude definitely run small I got the 2X3 XL as 166 pound woman who has hardwood floors under her plush carpet tummy. It helps to align the back a bit gives it a little extra support plus, it’s really nice if your tummy is cold, keeps it nice and warm. I didn’t get it for what it’s advertised for because there’s no evidence scientifically and non-scientifically that this is supposed to reduce any inches on your body so don’t believe it if you want it you’re getting it for a different type of reason just go do the work honey. Trust me. It’s well worth it to get your body stronger on its own.

I just received this today and I am extremely disappointed. The quality of it doesn’t feel bad. The problem is is that this company I think has their sizes all messed up. I got a 2X3X and it literally looks like a medium and it seems like other people on here having the same problem we know our size we order it and it doesn’t fit. I’m so confused also irritated because now I’m gonna have to take the time to drive down and send it back. I just started my Journey of living, healthier, and working out, and I’m very disappointed that this didn’t fit my mother wears a large, I had her try it on and it was even tight on her. Also, I don’t know if this would be good for somebody that has a long torso like myself because it’s not very long. I don’t know. I just just think that it’s safe to say this company is not plus size friendly. I ordered a 2X3X and it fits like a large so I’m assuming if I would’ve ordered a 4X5X it would’ve fit like an extra large

Definitely makes you sweat! I do like to wear it to help me sweat around that area. I feel lighter when I take it off. Sometimes I wear it around while I’m cleaning or doing yard work. The fit worked fine for me. No irritation, breathable, easy to put on and take off. I usually let it air dry and use it for a few uses before I wash. I wash and dry with other dark clothing and have never had an issue.

Makes me sweat like crazy. I always wear it under my gym clothes. I had to remove my shirt in this video because I wanted to actually show how it looks like on me since I’m a bigger girl. It does work, makes you sweat a lot more around your belly area. I don’t wear it to look good lol since it’s kinda taking your stomach and make it into a ball like squeezing it a little which I like. When wearing it, if you’re not use to it it’ll be a little uncomfortable at first. So keep that in mind. I work out 5 to 6 days a week and I’ve had this for more than a month now and it still works fine.

I got a Large/Extra Large and honeyyyy I was fighting for my life to get into it I say do up a size if you are aren't sure but oh well with the weight loss I'm doing sooner or later I fit.
