Razer has this text in their T&C of their warranty policy. My understanding is that the warranty is valid internationally. "General. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Product and is non-transferable. This Limited Warranty is only valid in the country where originally purchased. This thing rips, can get little noisy under intense usage but of course it's a slim laptop. No hiccups or any functionality issues. It is a finger print magnet so beware of that. none the less, the screen, performance and looks are amazing.

I could never recommend this laptop. The blooming on the screen is atrocious at this price point. It’s like ether screen came loose and lets every bit of light past. Currently in the process of returning this and it’s been a nightmare. Go get an asus or legion instead.
