Porcelain Patio Spring Clean - Mould, Algae & Leaf Stain Remover (5 Litre)

Works really well on exterior non slip porcelain tiles. Easily removed a year of leaf stains, bird dropping, slug and every other kind stain, oil, mud, marking that nature and humans can through at them. The tiles look like new. Took very little effort on my part. Followed the instructions.

What more do I need to say! The photos say it all. This stuff is incredible. I thought the porcelain tile in the garden had been ruined by four years of sycamore sap, leaf decay and algea. How wrong I was. Mixed 1/3 with water, spray on, leave for 30 minutes. Agitate with a scrubbing brush and these are the spectacular results. If you are thinking of buying don't think 'buy', you won't be disappointed. It doesn't smell too strong and its a piece of cake to use.

Was skeptical at first, but glad I saw some pictures in the reviews. Bought it and tried myself... Magic in a bottle! First pic is of a 5 minute jetwash in the area you see cleaned. The jetwash got algae off, but not the darkened spots. Mixed 1 part solution 2 parts water and sprayed on the area and left for 2 minutes, then did a 1 minute jetwash over the same area. Next picture is the result...

Works exactly as it said it would, though unfortunately my garden is shaded in parts by my neighbours huge tree, so the algae started to come back after a couple of months.

Jet washed my patio porcelain tiles last year but this wouldn't remove some areas of black marks i.e.mold & tree sap. Over Autumn & winter these areas got so bad that the tile pattern couldn't be seen, thought they were ruined. So I bought this patio cleaner thinking it wouldn't do anything, but thankfully I was so wrong. Mixed a small batch ( 1 part cleaner to 3 parts water) brushed it on one really bad tile where the pattern was completely hidden by black gunk, and then left it 15 mins as directed. Came back to it later and all the black had gone with the pattern now showing through couldn't believe it! this was without rinsing or brushing over. So then did a larger area with same result but I did rinse off with a jet wash as I always intended. Some small stubborn marks remain after first application but a 2nd application to these areas soon removed them. Amazing product and well worth it.

This stuff is brilliant, I put it on my garden porcelain tiles neat & used a long handle scrubbing brush with squeegee ,it removed all the green algae & other marks in one go. I just washed down with hose pipe after tiles look new again. Highly recommend.

This stuff smells like the swimming baths..if you splash it on your clothes it takes the colour like bleach does..I found it to be very strong on my patio …you must be sure to rinse it all off as it will carry on working if you don’t…I won’t buy it again as it is not only expensive but it is hard work to make sure you have hosed it all off…
