Mounting Dream Speaker Stands Floor Pair Adjust Height 83-108cm Load 10kg

Like getting a really nice print, it's rarely factored in that you may have to also pay a significantly amount of money to put it in a really well made and beautiful frame. There's no point in cutting corners and putting it in something truly awful as you will have to look at your decision every day and always feel a sense of disappointment that they didn't go the extra mile and buy something that looked good.The same goes for speaker stands.You've just shelled out on some nice speakers and now you need to work out how to place them in a room and make them look presentable (or even amazing) on something this is at the very least solid and safe and free from rattles and wobbles.So, I bought a Sony HT-A9 system (truly amazing bit of kit) and I decided that floor stands were the way to go rather than the faff of wall mounting and chasing cables into brick work. Now, IF I had bought a SONOS system there world and his dog make custom stands for their kit and some of it looks pretty good and is not too expensive. Not so for the Sony HT-a9. There's ONE company doing custom stands for this system that I could find, Vebos. Their stands look great but in a world where they are the only name in town they are charing an arm and a leg for 4 stands AND they are fixed height with no adjustments to either the overall height OR the ability to toe in the speaker for finer adjustments.They also cost £240 for 4 stands (Or £280 for the 1000mm version) AND it is likely that you also get customs charges when ordering a pair. Not the ideal solution. So, I went on the hunt and I looked and I looked and, by thunder, it was a thankless hunt. Nowt came up that had the things I was looking for in a stand. It needed to be...• Black powder coated• Height adjustable• Fixing points to fix the speaker to the stand• Hidden cabling• Feet for concrete OR carpet (in case I change rooms)• Well made• Pleasing to look at (or at least not ugly).• AFFORABLETough ask. But then I stumbled on this Mounting Dream stand and the review post by Josh.He was completely correct, this is the perfect stand for the Sony HT-A9.It ticks ALL of my boxes. The build quality exceeds my expectations by quite a bit for the money. The finish on the powder coat is faultless, not a single blemish, all the treading in the tubes is spot on and all bolts turn in without issue. All the fixings are good quality and finished nicely. There is not a single thing I can call them out on. Maybe the stickers they use could be slightly lower tack and the adjustable feet for hard floors could be a softer rubber but that is it. Noting else.So, for £132+VAT I got 4 pretty amazing stands that work perfectly with the speakers I have BUT also, unlike the more expensive option are far more flexible AND can be used with other speaker systems unlike the fixed Vebox options in the future.Oh, and the attention to detail on these is funny for the money. The channel on the rear for cable management even has a rubber seal on it to cover the cut metal. Why they have done this for the money is beyond me but it elevates these stands from being thoughtless, cheap and bargain basement to something far, far better.HUGE thumbs up to this manufacturer - 10/10

Absolutely perfect. No problem with assembly. The instructions were clear consise, and helpful. They adjust to the correct height without complication. They are well made, stylish and sturdy and stability is great, even on carpet. The cables can be hidden within the upright pole too. And they have a variety of mounting options for different sixlze speakers going onto them.

Wasn't sure if the screws provided would fit with our LG SP8T-S rear soundbar speakers. LG themselves couldn't tell me what size screw are needed and don't make their own stand. The only company I could find that makes a stand specifically for my speakers were very expensive not even including import taxes to the UK. These are a great price!Good customer service from Mounting Dream as the company kindly said they would recompense me if I had to buy different screws. Turns out though that the speakers come with a few different sizes and one of them fitted.The only problem I encountered was that the adjuster bar is positioned right in the middle where you need to plug in the speaker, so I had to unscrew it and turn it upside down in order to plug in. See the photos if that doesn't make sense!The stands look good. Would look even better if, due to adjustment, the bars didn't stick down out of the bottom.

I have an LGus70tr sound bar with two read speakers. I need the speakers behind a sofa rather than to the sides and therefore required stands which would lift the speakers above the back of the sofa to maximise their effect.Delivery was excellent, the stands were well packed and the instructions clear and easy to follow.The quality of the material was also impressive and my only reservation was how would the small speakers look and sit on the stands.The adjustable height meant lifting them above the back of the sofa was easily achieved and they actually sat on the top plates very well. The only minor niggle was one of the speakers has a power cable attached and the cable itself was too short to feed through the tubes of the stand and be able to connect to a plug above floor level.That was a niggle with the speaker and not the fault of the stand. However, it was easily overcome by just running the cable to the plug and tucking the cable behind the stand itself.As the speakers are behind a sofa and the sofa is in a confined alcove the chances of the speakers being knocked from the stand is minimal, so they simply sit on the plate. Had they been in a more exposed position a bit of Velcro, sticky paddle or even bluetak would have been more than adequate.The enhanced sound from the elevated position has been worth the effort and the stands look good in the lounge area.

I purchased these for my Samsung SWA-9500S. They are really sturdy having large square weighty base with either rubber feet (which come pre fitted). Or spikes if you have carpet. Assembly took about 10 minutes per stand, you do get 2 for this price.The power cables can be nicely hidden in the body of the stands through the built in channels. Mounting them to the stands was very easy, with plenty of fittings to ensure a secure fit. Now the speakers are poking up above the sofa on these stands the sound is excellent compared to just standing on the ground as I had them before. They may be at the pricier end of the budget stand spectrum, but they are well worth it. Excellent build quality. I'm very happy to recommend them.

Easy to mount. My rear speakers fit perfectly although the bolts only go a few centimetres into the hole. To make it more secure I did stick some No More Nails stickers on the speakers' feet to make them extra secure. Tip: I also fed the speakers cable from the bottom up by turning it upside down after securing the feet and the two poles together to make it easier when attaching the rear speakers to the mount.The cables are on the short side so I've had to buy 2 double socket plug extenders as the cable comes out only a little bit at the bottom. This is not the mounts fault, Samsung should've have made them longer. This also means that I can't add height even if I wanted to. Having said that, they are at the right height for my sofa.Other than that, I am extremely happy with my new speaker mounts. They are well made and strong with well-balanced feet.I would definitely recommend.

These are remarkably good for the price. They are solid, well designed and very easy to put together. I struggled to find specific stands for the Sony HT A9 atmos system apart from a couple that were vastly overpriced. I was unsure whether these would work for the Sony speakers, which are 31 cm high and 15 cm deep. The speaker base corners are slightly proud of the speaker and this is visible. However I don't think this is an issue.At the lowest height setting the speaker is 83 cm off the floor. That seems to be the perfect height and is just below ear level when seated on the sofa. These can be raised higher, but I think that would be too high for a surround system.The power cable can be neatly fed through the column. If you are planning to use with Sony HT A9, the power cables are quite short and you will only have just over 40 cm of cable left to reach the power outlet. I plan to get some longer power leads so that all the cables can be hidden in the mounting columns.

Really good speaker stands, i have two pairs for my Sony Home Theatre system and they're sturdy and really well made. So much better than the previous speaker stands I had.Really easy to put together, a nice weight to them, stable and fully adjustable in terms of the height.Genuinely can't fault them at all and would recommend them without question.

Un peu cher mais je recommande pour fixer les enceintes d’un home cinéma.

En mi caso comprados para los altavoces satélites traseros de la barra de sonido Samsung HW-Q990F_ZF 2025. Van perfectos. El soporte es elegante para colocar en el salón por ejemplo y la base del soporte es muy buena y amplia. Para mí también era clave que los soportes de altavoz permitan ajustar la altura de 82,6 cm a 107,8 cm para una acústica óptima. El soporte de suelo puede funcionar con altavoces con orificio de montaje de hasta 31 cm de altura, hay opción diferente de montaje para los que van por debajo e incluso si son de madera (aunque estos hay que taladrarlos). En tubo del soporte es hueco para escamotear los cables. El montaje es muy sencillo e intuitivo, aunque se acompañan de instrucciones y tornillería para las diferentes opciones de montaje en función del tipo de altavoz y sus medidas. Como mejorable me hubiera gustado una fijación más firme de los altavoces, pero también hay que considerar que de serie estos traen las opciones que traen para su sujeción, por lo que en este sentido es una culpa compartida, pero nada que no se solucione con un buen par de apriete (sin pasarse claro). Muy contento con la compra.
