I’ve not used it for any length of time as yet. But, when it arrived it was missing a lead and had the old type probe. I rang Tenscare customer support and a lovely lady called Linda, was really professional and helpful. She arranged next day delivery for the missing lead and new model probe. True to her word they did arrive. A massive positive for Tenscare. Customer care how it should be very rare in 2025!

Very clear and noticeable changes after 3-4 weeks, unbelievable improvement. Superb improve the sex life for me and for my husband (very praises, I'm like a teenager). I would recommend every girl and woman. Especially the pregnancy or 40s. I was set back but it was very pleased. Perfect quality for not a big price One thing that could be improved at the probe is to add a bigger collar. Now that does not hold up her fingers sucked it in and then you have to pull the wire in order to pull it out.

received this less than a month ago. One side of the probe has stopped working ... not sure how to request a replacement probe.. money wasted

Only just starting using this device, but so far so good. I did over do it on my second session (had the setting too high, caused me to have slight cramps as said in instructions) didn't use for twenty four hours. Now back to lower setting and so far so good. I can feel the difference after only a week of use so I think it will be a good buy in the end. I had been to see a Physio trained in Gynae problems, she was good and gave me a series of exercises to do at home. They worked for a time but it was so tedious and I found I constantly forgot to do them at least twice a day, then found myself in great discomfort when everything dropped so to speak. This machine does all the exercises for you, put the probe in switch it on get your setting right and away it goes for twenty minutes whilst you read a book or watch TV, you only use it once in twenty four hours, EASY. Yes I am please very with the machine so far, a excellent buy and it was on offer so it's a win win situation.

This item is easy to use once I realised that the intensity needs to be 50+ for me. Works really well and taught me how doing my pelvic floor is supposed to feel ensuring when I do them without the device I’m doing it correct. I wish I had brought it sooner

I found this a little difficult to use at the beginning, which made me tense, making it difficult to use. Once I had got the hang of it, it seemed to work well...for a couple of days. Then I found that the electrical pulses weren't working, so I had to send away for a set of new leads, so that was both disappointing and annoying as it was additional expense. Working again,, so that's good. It remains to be seen how much my pelvic floor is benefitting from this. It seems to be working but this may be psychological.

Like a lot of ladies I have a little leaky problem. Wanting to try an sort it, am trying this out. So far so good only been using it about 2wks and does seem to be helping although its recommended 4wks at first. Sooo its very easy to use and very easy to set up, i recommend you use an aqua based gel to help with the conduction and also ease of use. The machine strength goes upto 99 you decide which level is comfortable. I use it on 60. Not at all painful. Will update in a few wks.........

It does tighten and pull up the pelvic floor. Not sure if what happened to me after using it for about 3 weeks is coincidental or a side effect till you get used to it internally. But i ended up with constant bouts of cystitis. SO, for now i have held back on using it as i'm just on top of easing my episodes :( Plus for me it dried me out and since i've not been using it the moisture has returned. Very bizarre.
