Lovely taste
Been using these gels for many months for races, they taste great and do exactly what is required of them. I don’t like fruit or fake fruity tastes so these have been perfect. No issues with taste or texture. Have bought again and again!

My friend recommended these to me, she said they taste like caramel dessert from the gu puddings - and she was right!! They are AMAZING. I look forward to runs now simply so I can have this. Doesn’t taste like a gel, literally tastes like gooey caramel.

Sharp corners
Sharp edges! The bottom corners of these sachets are sharp. All other gels have rounded corners. These ones put holes in my running vest. Love the flavour but won’t buy these again

Really like the tasty, i little bit too sweet but taste amazing the size is perfect, very easy to open which is something very important.

Very thick. Not like other Gels
Very thick (like treacle) Not really suitable for mid run fuelling. Drink plenty of water afterwards! Especially to take away the taste of this flavour!
