Amazing gels, taste amazing, easy to open, good amount of caffeine.

My friend recommended these to me, she said they taste like caramel dessert from the gu puddings - and she was right!! They are AMAZING. I look forward to runs now simply so I can have this. Doesn’t taste like a gel, literally tastes like gooey caramel.

Really like the tasty, i little bit too sweet but taste amazing the size is perfect, very easy to open which is something very important.

Sharp corners
Sharp edges! The bottom corners of these sachets are sharp. All other gels have rounded corners. These ones put holes in my running vest. Love the flavour but won’t buy these again

Reliable hit for runners
I find these gels give me a reliable hit when needed and quickly. They are very thick, so you need to be ok with that consistency. I take on small amounts at a time.

My favourite for my long run, had the texture of most gels but these are just like am caramel x

Very thick. Not like other Gels
Very thick (like treacle) Not really suitable for mid run fuelling. Drink plenty of water afterwards! Especially to take away the taste of this flavour!
