I am not technically skilled to review a laptop with all the jargon, i just know what works. I am tech savvy with laptops and know this one is lightening fast. The screen quality is beautiful and crystal clear. It was very easy to set up; follow the instructions and you cannot go wrong. Its a lot different from my old Acer which i had for 10 years, hope this one lasts as long. Still configuring everything to my personal tastes, that will take me a while. I plumped for a Samsung as i have always used their phones and have never had a problem. I love how the laptop links to my phone and how i can answer texts and calls from the laptop. Its very useful when on sites where they need to send you verification codes to your phone. Messages pop up on the laptop so you dont have to search the phone for the message and code, its just there in front of you. Hope this non tech speak review proves helpful to some of the non tech savvy users.

Absolutely love this laptop, it's great! Slimline, great quality, lightweight fast and does everything I need it to do. Debated buying a MacBook for a long time but am very pleased with this and how easy it is to use.

I am the fussiest of customers when it comes to tech, but this laptop meets my high bar. It's a real joy to use and am especially pleased with the screen and sound. The S Pen is bundled in the box. The typing experience is firm and assured, complemented by backlighting. If there's any criticism, it gets very warm on the bottom, otherwise, this is a very good laptop, especially at the sale price under £690.

The laptop is good touch, is working fine, the screen is a little bit small as it is provided with 13.3 screen. For the price offered, as I bought in for 750, it is value for money. The quality of the camera is ok, and the sound is good. The setup is easy. But one major drawback is that it is not provided with MS Office; it would be better if it had included it.

Super happy I got this. From the metallic frame, to how thin and beautiful it is. Bright screen. Super responsive touch. Beautiful colour and very easy to set up.

The Samsung laptop is an awesome bit of kit and perfect for my requirements. The one stare review is for the misrepresentation by Amazon of the delivery times. If you are ok waiting for months then here is the place. If not I ordered from Currys and got it within 4 days.

What I like about Samsung is it knows you once you login to your Microsoft account and sorts everything out. No longer spending days sorting out your apps etc. Great screen clarity and easy to use right away.

I personally regret buying this laptop if I am completely honest. I’ll give a few positives first, I like how sleek and compact the laptop is, as it’s easy to travel with. I also like how it can be turned into an ipad type function. However, I have encountered quite a few frustrating functions with this laptop, for example, whenever it updates, the keyboard doesn’t work. It has taken me ages to work out how I sort this, as the recommended advice online hasn’t worked for me. I get that being such a thin laptop, it won’t be the quickest, but I find that it disconnects from the wifi a lot and takes so long to do anything. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you’re going to be doing large projects. I am also waiting for the charger to break, as it is just so flimsy and the retractable plug is already loose. The product is definitely overpriced for what it offers and the speed. Also, if you’re wondering why the top row of keys on the keyboard don’t work, you have to press the ‘Fn’ button at the same time. Apparently this is a common function, but I had no idea.
