Poor
Where to begin? Slow, buggy, so many things don't work, software is replicated, ultra-frustrating. In the twenty years since I moved to Mac, Windows is EVEN WORSE than ever. On the plus side it was cheap at £699, it's small and neat and it's a nice colour. Those are the only things working in its favour. But sure you can get a better machine for the money.

Lightweight and good for what I require
So easy to set up and not to big or bulky as is sleek in design, just what I need for work with it's portability. Can use as a laptop or as a tablet with the touch screen good for doing several things at once very responsive and quick speed

Bitterly disappointed
So far I've had a terrible experience. Bought the laptop at end of July and hardly used it at all due to work commitments. Early September it stopped charging. After hours on phone with Samsung it was finally accepted for repair. Came back and seemed fine but a month later it has died again. Shows as fully charged but screen remains blank. Now returning to Amazon for repair as it was impossible to get any service report on initial problem from Samsung. Endless frustration as well as hours if work wasted. Will update after Amazon repair.

Excellent product
What I like about Samsung is it knows you once you login to your Microsoft account and sorts everything out. No longer spending days sorting out your apps etc. Great screen clarity and easy to use right away.

Overpriced for what it is
I personally regret buying this laptop if I am completely honest. I’ll give a few positives first, I like how sleek and compact the laptop is, as it’s easy to travel with. I also like how it can be turned into an ipad type function. However, I have encountered quite a few frustrating functions with this laptop, for example, whenever it updates, the keyboard doesn’t work. It has taken me ages to work out how I sort this, as the recommended advice online hasn’t worked for me. I get that being such a thin laptop, it won’t be the quickest, but I find that it disconnects from the wifi a lot and takes so long to do anything. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you’re going to be doing large projects. I am also waiting for the charger to break, as it is just so flimsy and the retractable plug is already loose. The product is definitely overpriced for what it offers and the speed. Also, if you’re wondering why the top row of keys on the keyboard don’t work, you have to press the ‘Fn’ button at the same time. Apparently this is a common function, but I had no idea.

Bane of my life for a lot of money
I've had this laptop a while now and the more I learn to use it the less impressed I am. It takes forever to start up , runs out of battery very quickly and I find it very complicated to use. I'm used to how easy my Samsung s series tablet is and was hoping this would also be easy as I'm not very clever with tech but no it isn't I actually hate it
