I am using Ptron headsets for the last 2 years now. & i purchased these 4-5 sets in this period. As every time it works only 3-4 months so I decided to buy this one at a cheaper price. Sorry to say, it worked only a week time. The quality is really very bad. Suggestion to company: please don't try to competete the local brands, you may have to come to their level & you will loose your own market.

Lekin gaming aur video playback mein latency noticeable hai. - Audio-video sync off ho jaata hai - Fast-paced games ke liye recommend nahi karunga Return experience thoda rare aur frustrating raha: - Seller normally return allow nahi karta, lekin 14 August ko sirf ek unit available thi—system ne rare return window unlock kiya - Maine item receive karte hi same din return initiate kiya - Pickup call miss ho gaya (meri taraf se galti thi), lekin uske baad system ne koi retry option nahi diya - Refund abhi bhi “Initiated” stage pe stuck hai - Product original condition mein tha—no damage, no tampering
