Great Product
Great product I have been using for several years now. I subscribe and save because I like it so much. Taste great, doesn’t make you jittery, and gives me a great workout when combined with the nitric oxide!

Great taste and results
We have been taking these BCAAs for a few weeks now and are very happy with the results. When taking before a workout we mix with 6 - 8 ounces of water and drink it quickly and on the weekends we tend to mix it with 40 ounces of water and drink it slower. Has improved muscle recovery for me and helps with energy levels. Have tried a few flavors and like them all so far.

Great but not enough to be cracked out
2 scoops for 10-12oz. I used to do a full water bottle a it gives me a hint of energy to do my workouts. It’s not like a crazy itch like you want to climb the walls of the gym like other pre workouts this is like 2-4 sips of redbull and it leaves you there. I don’t bother doing three scoops because then it wouldn’t really last me a 2-3 weeks. The less water the more cracked you’ll feel. I love rocket pop too. Best flavor and I’ve tried three of them. Good for moderate workouts. I do 2 hours at the gym with 3 min breaks in between.

I’m a morning workout person so I always need a little pick me up to make sure I can still have a great workout no matter how early it is. I tried this preworkout and loved it! It didn’t make me jittery or tingly, but was the perfect energizer before my workout. I absolutely love the rocket pop flavor as well, will be getting more of this!

Great product
Taste great! Just the boost you need in the morning especially after a good workout. Bomb pop and blue razz are my favorites but I’m sure I will be trying all of the flavors!
