Bayıldım muhteşem bir tava. Biraz yağ sürüp pankek karışımını döküyorum. Yapışmıyor, pankek eşit bir şekilde pişiyor. Dağılma problemi olmuyor. Çok tatlı şekilleri var ve hem pişirmesi hem de yemesi eğlenceli oluyor :)

I'm not much of a baker but every once in a long while I get to craving a rum cake recipe I've been using for forty years. Not knowing any better and not caring about how it looked I've always used an angel food cake pan I had laying around. I decided it was time for something with a bit more appealing presentation. I was surprised at the heft of this pan. It's far different from any of my other aluminum bakeware. I have no way of verifying the thickness throughout the body but at the rim it measures 4mm and the overall weight would suggest that is consistent. As to the nonstick coating--it's always amusing to see the names that marketing departments come up with. It's typically some variation of "stone"-- in this case: granite. This is meant to create an impression of durability and to mask the fact that it is, purely and simply, PTFE...aka: Teflon. How you feel about that from the standpoints of long-term practicality and exposure risks (PTFE is a plastic, though no documented exposure risks have been verified) is a matter of preference. Overall, this is a hefty, sturdy, useful specialty cake pan.

Lightweight but sturdy pan. Very easy to clean and good non-stick finish. Brings a smile to my face when I serve these up for breakfast! Have also used with omelette mix and fried eggs! Really pleased with this product so far.
