Wide feet and 9.5 size. Should I get the 11 size?

I have wide feet and wear a 10.5. Originally ordered an 11 and sent them back. Got a 10 and they fit great. Also, the shoe is a bit "poofy" and the more I wear them, the more that subsides so they are fitting better now than a month ago (the material is settling in). I can put two fingers cleanly down the back of the slipper with my foot in it. I wouldn't recommend a bigger size.

All man-made materials (chiefly polyester).

Are these splippers water resistant?

Not particularly? Just tested them and about half the water ran off and half soaked in. They are pretty thick, tho, so none of the water reached the inside.
