Does anyone know why Crustacean and Molluscs are listed as allergens ?

There is a separate sauce sachet that you empty in which I think contains fish sauce (among other things). Not 100% sure so wouldn't take it as gospel.

On the picture it says 180g. In the description it says 90g. oes anyone know what it really is?

It is actually 90g as the food comes dried. The 180g may mean when cooked? I hope this helps.

In religious terms I would not know if the meat has been prepared with religious practices, but they are chicken flavoured with chicken pieces and they do not contain pork. I hope this helps.

Is this suitable for vegetarians? Soba Chilli

Yes - it’s suitable for vegetarians. Unlike some of the other flavours of this brand of noodles, it doesn’t contain cubes of dried meat (or anything like that), nor anything meat based in the ingredients. In fact (since they aren’t egg noodles) as far as I can tell it’s suitable for vegans. Decent flavour, too. Good balance in terms of the chilli heat; enough to be enjoyable but not at all overwhelming.

Really delicious Soba pot noodles Classic/teriyaki/peking Duck flavour!

All the Soba noodles with the teriyaki/CLASSIC/Peking Duck sauce are really delicious. These are the best tasting noodles you can buy! I suggest the following preparation to get the full benefit: After adding the boiling water stir well to break up the block of noodles and try and move the tiny bits of chicken, vegetables etc underneath them into the boiling water to encourage softening otherwise they will remain dry/hard! The cup says 3 minutes soaking but I leave the hot water in place for AT LEAST 15 minutes for the noodles to really soften. After pouring away the water I leave the noodles for a minute or so to absorb the last water traces before squeezing the sticky sauce into the cup and stirring really well to allow the white noodles to take on the dark brown colour . NOW ENJOY!!! Note: despite the increased soaking times the noodles should still remain hot!!!
