Good for the money

Bought these to compare several brands/cuts to test out options for classical saxophone reeds. Good consistency and value but overwhelming too bright for me as a classical reed. I am currently studying in music school, and I squeaked on these reeds for the first time since middle school. If you find these reeds too bright for your preference, I highly recommend trying Vandoren V12s, they are the perfect classical reed for me.

BEWARE OF PURCHASE THE 25 PACK!!!! I love these reeds and will continue to play them, but I bought a 25 pack that was missing 5 reeds! Make sure to count Saxos. Probably safer to buy the 10 count packs. Amazon said to contact D'Addario and D'Addario said to contact Amazon... Neither side has helped, yet.

19:30くらいに注文したのですが、翌日の8:00には届いていたようで驚きました。 バンドレンのリードを普段使っていますが、気になっていたこのリードを初めて使用してみました。 ダダリオのRicoのリードは使ったことがあるのですが、それと同じくバンドレンよりこちらの方が薄く感じました。 ちなみに普段青箱やV21の3を使っている中、そう思いました。 このリードの3＋と青箱の比較みたいなのが自分が買う時は見つからなかったので、一個人の意見になりますが、参考になれば嬉しいです。 思っていた以上にとても使いやすかったです！ 今後もしかしたらバンドレンからこちらに移行するかもと思うくらいでした！ ただ、クラシックとか重めの曲の時はやはり青箱とかが気持ちよく吹けるかなという感覚はありました。 一つだけ、すでにリードの端が欠けているものがありました…。 吹いてみましたがやはり全然鳴らず。 青箱ではこういうのに当たったことがなかったので残念でしたが、多少なりとも当たり外れはあるのでしょうがないところですね。
