This is an excellent product that I take with me on trips and always have on hand. Firstly, the taste and consistency are tolerable but I use this product for the benefits: promotes regularity in a reliable manner without cramping or other unpleasant issues some digestive products can cause which makes this product so valuable for my lifestyle, generates noticeable extra energy the next day which is so helpful at my age (54) for hitting the gym or just facing the day, and hydrates my body and provides vitamins. One trick for better dissolving is to mix in room temperature water not super cold. I have tried so many digestive products for regularity over the years and this is by far the best one. I don’t rely on this product everyday but it’s immensely helpful for days when I know I need it. Wish I had discovered this product sooner because it’s superior and it really helps me feel better. Kind of a miracle product.

This product is fantastic. I read through many of the reviews before purchasing it, and the comments about the taste were a little disheartening. I’m drinking it with half a glass of low calorie orange juice and half water and it’s absolutely delicious. Almost like a smoothie. The tart in the orange juice mixes really well with this powder. I definitely feel a difference in how I feel and I use the bathroom more regularly, which was always a problem because I tend to be constipated. I now use the bathroom twice a day so it’s really helping a lot with feelings of bloatedness. I highly recommend this product. I’m about to order for the second time. A+++++

I don't know why some people have a negative response to the taste, and it does not thicken up in water before I'm done with it, and I'm a sipper, I can't guzzle. I don't, however, enjoy the vanilla after taste, but it is not a deal breaker by a long shot. Whose idea was it to put vanilla in a berry/lemon flavored powder? I have found (for me) the ideal way to consume that "scoop". (Mine did not come with a scooper so I had to do some research and discovered that 16g is a little over a tablespoon). I'm doing a low carb diet so this morning I added it to my Greek yogurt/keto granola mix breakfast and it tasted very good! Delish even. Does it work? Not sure yet, just got it. I'm trying to manage blood pressure, so we will see if it helps me.

Loved the product, too bad they only make the Berry Acai flavor now as it's not nearly as good as the previous flavor. The change in taste led me to try other options that I don't think work quite as well, but I just can't bring myself to drink the Berry Acai every day.

I have ordered this many times before, I do not have an issue with the product. It was shipped to me in a plastic Amazon bag, the product is in a plastic/mylar bag. In shipping it was apparently "smashed" and popped the top seal of the bag spreading powdery product throughout the bag. This should be shipped in a box, not a bag.

Fast delivery and taste fine. Haven’t had labs yet to see if it’s had any affect health-wise! Only downside is the packaging…would be better and more convenient in a hard plastic tub! Thank you!

The taste by itself is Earthy and not that good. But I chug the entire glass down and its more palatable that way. I have never left a recommendation for anything before but i do take it everyday and i really do feel better, more energized and helps me get through a long workday. I personally think it deserves 5 stars alone just because of the ingredients. To me the benefits outweigh the taste. I have ordered this every month for the past 6 months and will continue.
