I would definitely recommend

A deep Marigold colour
It appears to be of good quality - a very deep Marigold yellow colour of the turmeric powder is an indication to me that the curcumin content is high. Darker than other brands and supermarket own brands. Even darker than Schwartz. However, the packaging doesn't describe the curcumin content as a percentage at all, it's only in the Amazon listing - why is this? I've marked a star off for this as it's difficult to tell if what I've received is exactly as described in the Amazon listing.

Disgusting petrol like bitter smell and taste!
Absolutely terrible! It tastes like petrol and very bitter! Clearly enhanced with other smell and colours. Unfortunately cant return as i bought large packet trusted the reviews, but now it has to go to bin! Im not sure we bought the same product with those who left five stars. So annoying!
