Really good price for 30 packets of noodles. Not much else to say. Flavour is good. Spicey! I did have to cut the amount of chilli seasoning. Cheap lunch/snack!

Ich kaufe die MAMA Tom Yum Garnelen Nudeln regelmäßig als Vorrat. Es sind keine Gourmet-Nudeln, aber sie erfüllen ihren Zweck als schneller Snack oder leichtes Mittagessen im Büro absolut zuverlässig. Was man bekommt: Geschmack: Die Brühe ist angenehm säuerlich (Zitronengras-Note) und hat eine ordentliche Schärfe, die aber nicht alles überdeckt. Wer Tom Yum mag, findet hier den typischen Geschmack wieder. Konsistenz: Die Nudeln sind eher dünn und werden schnell weich. Man sollte sie also wirklich nicht zu lange ziehen lassen, wenn man noch etwas Biss möchte. Portion: Die Packungen sind eher klein. Als volle Mahlzeit reicht eine Packung meistens nicht aus, aber für zwischendurch ist die Menge genau richtig. Zubereitung: Einfacher geht’s nicht – heißes Wasser drauf, drei Minuten warten, fertig. Ein paar Tipps zur Aufwertung: Pur sind sie okay, aber deutlich besser werden sie, wenn man selbst noch eine Kleinigkeit dazu gibt, wie zum Beispiel ein paar Frühlingszwiebeln oder ein gekochtes Ei. Das wertet die doch recht einfache Suppe deutlich auf. Fazit: Ein ehrliches Produkt zu einem fairen Preis.
