I purchased this for my 10 size shoes, and it fit well in one of my shoes, which was little broad in size, but didn't fit well in my another 10 size shoe, which were sports shoes, and were comparatively less broad (narrow) than my earlier sneaker type shoes. My advise is, if you are finding good insole for your shoes (which are little broad in size), then do go for it. It will be a very good purchase. But if you have little narrow kind of shoes, then I won't advise so, since the sole is little broad in width. (Also a tip: while cutting off the edges/portions for your custom size of sole, cut it vertically straight through its upper portion's centre till the mark you want it to. It will help you to easily cut off the left and the right part then through scissors. You may use knife or a cutter to slice through the upper portion part (since its a little hard). Also, regarding its comfort, then its very comfortable. It might feel a little hard at first, but it will not pain the heel, and it will feel normal then.
