This thing is the bomb , it holds temp within a degree it hardly ever moves off the temp that you set at. And the Bluetooth works awesome sit in my chair watch the game or a movie and pick my phone up check out my probe temps. Wait for them to get to my temps I have them set at (and my alarm will go off just in case I forget) lol. And wait to chow down!! Highly recommend!!❤️

After months of research I decided to go with recteq and Amazon had a discount on the product along with scheduling delivery. I have used the smoker for 3 months now and it is so easy to use with the wifi and app.I couldn’t be happier with the customer service either. The smoke stack was welded wrong and all I did was take a couple pictures and email the recteq team and they sent me a shipping confirmation the next day of a new smoke stack coming out.It’s a quality product.

Everything about this smoker screams quality. Putting it together, you can tell it’s built to last. Customer service has been great and fast as well. Great service and would definitely recommend.

I’ve had pit boss grills and nexgrills but this thing is a beast! It is extremely well built. The grill levels pull out like your oven and everything about the construction is made to last.

If you’re a busy person who loves to grill, you won’t be disappointed! They claim the grill is built like a tank, and they’re CORRECT! Temperature control is a breeze, and the app is fabulous! You won’t go wrong with this grill!!

A gift for my husband, he absolutely loves it. An up grade from a little beginners smoker. Company was quick to respond to inquiries and have lots of recipes and you tube videos. You will need the you tube video to put it together.

The grill itself for performance and construction should probably be rated 5 stars possibly even a 5+. On the other hand Recteq, the company, maybe 3 stars so I gave it 4. I called to ask about coming sales of discounts. Recteq rep said no knowledge of any upcoming. I purchased the RT-1250, a truly fine piece of equipment. Immediately after purchasing and ‘before’ my unit arrived Recteq advertised a sitewide including Amazon sales a 15% discount. I immediately called back to ask if my purchase would get the discount. Recteq said no. It's their company, it's their decision. I just think they do so very well with product design it's a shame they aren't more sensitive to customer relations.

We LOVE our Recteq RT-1250 Wood Pellet Smoker!!! I just post a picture tonight of our Whole Chicken we smoked for dinner tonight!! My post read, "One of the Best investments we've made!" We have 42 hours under our belts with 12 cooks, including a 16 lb Turkey we Spatchcocked Smoked 😋 & we're Excited at the anticipation of our future meals!!!
