Roofing Tear-Off 🏆
This saves time and stress to those who take great care avoiding holes in their dry-wrap. Its design affords you the ability to snatch out rusted spikey remnants of staples and nails which might not pound flush. I’m mad I hadn’t discovered this one long ago.

Practice First
It’s a good tool, but for pulling light gauge brads (eg: 23gauge) a “light touch” is needed or this tool will cut them. I’ve been using dikes and needle nose for pulling errant brads, but these tools seem to either cut or break the brad - grip too tight or pull @ too sharp an angle = broken brads. This tool has good pulling slope, and will pull light grade brads without breaking / cutting the Brad, but the force of your grip if too strong the tool will cut a light gauge Brad No regrets, great tool for the Finish Kit, but it takes some special touch to pull vs cut light gauge brads. I think some “tweets” to the jaw design could take this tool from pretty good to excellent.

Not for an electrician
Honestly underwhelmed by these and maybe it is just personal preference. As an electrician I was hoping to be able to use these to get extra leverage and remove steel staples used on old wiring when doing residential re-wires. The problem is that the tips of the pliers do not touch which does not allow for staple removal. You simply cannot grab the staple at all with them. They also do not cut wire which was surprising, in fact the "blade" section of the pliers got disfigured by trying to cut #12 copper romex. The last thing I will add is that they are extremely heavy compared to most other hand pliers and cutters of the same size and do not have a locking mechanism to keep them closed. Overall they feel sturdy and I can see a use for them but not for what I was hoping.

Extremely effective for small or headless nails and staples
If you need to pull small nails without heads or staples, this is the tool to get. It blows away everything else for hard-to-grip fasteners.
