We installed this shower system during our bathroom remodel and it looks amazing. The matte black finish is sleek and modern and matches the rest of our fixtures perfectly. The 10-inch rain shower head gives great coverage and feels very relaxing, like a hotel-style shower. Water pressure is consistent and even, with no issues so far. The handheld shower is also a nice addition for rinsing and cleaning. Installation went smoothly with our plumber, and everything feels solid and well made. Overall, very happy with this purchase and would recommend it if you’re looking for a clean, modern rain shower setup.

I am absolutely thrilled with the gotonovo Rain Shower System Matte Black that we recently purchased for our bathroom remodel. This was actually the third shower system we bought, after returning two others that were much more expensive and didn't meet our expectations. I have to admit, we were a bit hesitant when we ordered this system, but it has exceeded our expectations in every way. First of all, the gotonovo Rain Shower System is absolutely stunning. The matte black finish looks sleek and modern in our bathroom, and it adds a touch of luxury to our daily routine. But more importantly, the water flow is amazing. It feels like we're showering in a high-end hotel or spa. The rainfall showerhead is especially wonderful, and it really makes us feel like we're on vacation. Installation was also surprisingly easy, although we did hire a plumber to do the work for us. Our plumber had no trouble installing the shower system, and it was up and running in no time. I'm not sure how easy it would be to install on your own, but I would definitely recommend getting a professional to help you out. Overall, I can't recommend the gotonovo Rain Shower System Matte Black enough. It's beautiful, functional, and adds a touch of luxury to our daily routine. If you're in the market for a new shower system, this one is definitely worth considering.

This shower head set is so beautiful and reasonably priced. It looks beautiful in our shower and the hand held handle works great, the pressure is perfect. However, the actual rainfall shower head is not. The pressure is light and the water comes straight down. I’m used to a shower head hitting at an angle so even if I don’t wash my hair and just wash my body, at least my body is still getting wet. I have to lean my body at an angle and head forward everytime I just want a body wash and it gets uncomfortable. I’ve even tried to tilt the shower head because that you are able to move around but because the water pressure is not strong, it doesn’t help.

From precision engineering experience working in aerospace Gotonovo product line is in a league of their own, high quality both in manufacturing and the finishes. I plan to use their products exclusively on all my renovations. Oh and let me add, Rosy one of their customers service representatives is incredibly professional and helpful in making sure your installation is complete.

I just remodeled my bathroom, and this shower head and handle set is beautiful! It really pops against light-colored tile. The water pressure is great, and my contractor had no problem installing it. Excellent price and great value — highly recommend!

I just installed the 8" square shower head with hand-held shower in our downstairs bathroom and so far I'm really pleased with it. The valve unit is cast brass and all the trim, handles, shower head, etc. are all metal and made really well! Installation went really smoothly and I was impressed with the straightforward design of the cover plate. I also really liked the design of the hand-held shower unit. By loosening the two set screws, you can remove the the threaded brass nipple completely and install it in the threaded water supply fitting in your wall. Once it's tight, pop the hand-held bracket and trim back on, level it and tighten the set screws. Perfect! The hose on the hand-held can swivel so no more twisted and tangled hose. I have two minor complaints - the instructions are really poor (they say nothing about the set screws) so it's helpful to have prior experience. Secondly, I had to make and install a washer under the large brass nut that holds the shower valve in place. Without the washer, the nut screwed in too far making it impossible to then screw on the dome shaped decorative piece under the main handle. I'm still giving it 5 stars though because of the low price along with the overall quality. I'll update this review if I have any problems with it down the road.

It was easy to install and looks beautiful. Wish they have better installation instructions. Overall happy, hopefully this will last long. Good customer service

Try to reach store for replacement, no one contacted me and also Amazon came for pick up for return only. I need a replacement not a return!

We purchased this shower system in August 2025 in prep for renovations taking place shortly after. We hired a professional plumber to install it. Once the plumber started ‘testing the system’, he indicated the inner cartridge was malfunctioning and we should contact the manufacturer for a replacement cartridge. There was no support from the manufacturer, and the defective item cost us an additional 20 percent of the original cost. In addition this situation confirmed that there is no warranty on the product. We must give Amazon Kudos because once the issue was raised with them, they covered the replacement cost of the cartridge. We will never purchase from this manufacturer again. It’s all show with absolutely no support.
